      R.R.D: Is short for “Recessed Ring Design”. This unique guide frame feature surrounds the ceramic guide ring with a recessed cup design. This provides a wider edge for the ring to rest on providing better gluing of the ring to the frame. Bottom line is that the ring will stay in place, and will withstand tough fishing applications.
